Past Match-fixing offender fast-bowler Muhammad Aamir now has been slapped with a fine of 100% of his match fee for throwing abuses and bad wording against PIA batsmen during a domestic game between PIA Cricket and SSGC in Faisalabad.

According to eyewitnesses in that match, Aamir, who was seen in an violent mode throughout the three-day game of Match, got involved in another heated discussion with PIA fast bowler Imran Ali Pasha on receiving a bouncer on the last day of Match. Pasha was also fined 30 percent of his match fee.

Nadeem Arshad match referee has said that the decision was taken after strong video evidence captured and available from match recording cameras and eyewitness accounts from on-field umpires and players. Umpires also suggested a one-match ban on Aamir should be applied but the final decision will rest on the decision of the match referee.
